30th June - Today's News: Massive Wildfire in East Highlands; Record Heat in Spain

Roads closed as fire crews spend second night at Highland wildfires  as w ildfires in Highland and Moray areas spark ‘close windows’ plea from Police Scotland officers   -  this morning the front is reportedly 9 miles long.  Believe to have been started by dirty campers. Spain records temperature of 46C as Europe heatwave continues - the highest the country has ever recorded in June - as  Europe melts in killer heatwave The weather system brewing off NSW could be the first east coast low in three years And  Pakistan slams climate ‘injustice’ as deadly floods hit country again
