Storm Jorge: Flood-hit areas braced for more severe weather with a "critical incident" declared in Wales.  Cardiff saw a month's rain fall yesterday.   Whilst across in Ireland, wind is the bigger concern with Storm Jorge: 'Extremely hazardous' conditions expected with winds of 150kph, snow and ice
