Elsewhere, Storm Ciaran whips western Europe, blowing record winds in France and leaving millions without power.  There was one person killed as storm Ciarán tears down trees in NL and as the storm moved inland floods ravage Tuscany leaving three dead there.

Meanwhile, some Northern Ireland rivers 'still at an all-time high' after rain earlier this week.
