12th July - Today's News: UK's 3rd Heatwave of the Year
34.7c just up the road from Evesham was a date record yesterday with our 3rd heatwave set to peak with 34C temperatures possible again today, before a brief cool down. Significantly this is a "home grown" heatwave, not a plume coming up from Spain which is what usually brings temperatures into the mid 30s.
