Storm Filomena: Spain sees 'exceptional' snowfall

Here, snow-coated Britain wakes to fresh warning of ice and freezing fog after England suffers coldest night of winter so far with -11.1C low - but there's only be a scant dusting of snow in Evesham, but the daytime maxima on Thursday was just -1.5c (it rose to just above freezing by midnight though)
