15th October - Today's News: Deadly Floods Hit Southern France


Tropical Storm Leslie: Portugal hit by hurricane-force winds - only the 5th recorded tropical storm to reach Iberian waters.

Storm Callum: Flood defence review after Wales battered.  With a total of 16.1mm yesterday was the wettest day of the year in Evesham.  Not flood concersn here though.



Himalayan storm: Climbers' bodies removed from Nepal mountain - it now appears the camp was hit by a massive, sudden, downbust of wind caused by a collapsing serac
