Normal service resumes after my epic Cape Wrath Trail walk with stage 4 cancer patient Martyn Wells ....  (hopefully a link to a news story on that later this week).


As our Cape Wrath Trail walk got underway heavy rain and high winds cause disruption in the Highlands at the end of August.  There was much more rain to come ..... 










There's low sea-ice cover in the Arctic again this year - the second lowest minima on record

Climate change: Electrical industry's 'dirty secret' boosts warming  whilst the faster pace of climate change is 'scary', former chief scientist says - though we are not yet all living in Antarctica as he once infamously predicted would soon be the case.
