31st October - Today's News: Record Cold in Parts of USA

A new study suggests that sea level rise to affect 'three times more people' than previously thought (I know of some, however, who refute that sea levels are rising at all!).  Meanwhile, Greenland ice cap melt measured by satellites - and it's enough to cover Tasmania in almost 5m of water

Meanwhile, as permafrost melts, abrupt shifts in Arctic climate projected, along with more wildfires (which cause more melting .... )

Why does the Arctic have more plastic than most places on Earth?

A study suggests that forests reduce cyclone intensity (when they pass over land)

And, just for fun, the Catastrophic Global Cooling alarmists are still at it, claiming that the real climate crisis is not global warming, it is cooling, and it may have already started  (and proving in the process that they are totally ignorant of the fact that the USA is only 3% of the planet, and really quite insignificant in the grand scheme of things)
