Arctic blast continues to sweep entire US setting record-low temperatures with at least 40 dead from barrage of winter storms and cold – and there’s more on the way while NYC, DC break more than 700-day snow droughts with biggest storm in 2 years

Up to 39 cm of snow reported as winter storm blows through southwestern B.C.
