And finally, a rather bizarre one, the Tennessee Senate passes bill based on 'chemtrails' conspiracy theory - it states that "The intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity of the sunlight is prohibited," which, technically speaking not only means cloud seeding is banned, but, arguably, also all aircraft - since they all produce contrails (which we know can impact on temperature and sunlight) and CO2 emissions (which know impact on climate).   The added irony being that if any stratospheric spraying to counter global warming was taking place, anywhere in the northern hemisphere, it'd spread across Tennessee regardless - and no-one on the ground would even know it was happening.  Meanwhile it'll be interesting to see how they react to contrails spreading out across the sky - commonly known by the dumb and stupid as chemtrails .....   I guess it just shows that being a US senate doesn't mean you know jack shit and can still be less intelligent than a dead whelk.   And you can quite me on that!
