27th December - Today's News: White Christmas for Jersey

 

With a below average maxima of 6.1c and not a single cloud in the sky from dawn to dusk it was, I think, my coldest and sunniest Christmas Day since 2010.   No white Christmas for anywhere in the UK though.   Although down in the Channel Islands, Jersey has a White Christmas for the first time in 55 years after snow falls
