Sea level rise will disproportionately hit U.S. this century, NOAA warns.  And although sea levels were higher at the time, sea-surface temps during last interglacial period like modern temps - so is this more indication of how high sea levels could rise in the near future?

China wants to make it rain over an area bigger than Britain and France  - but if the cloud seeding works, what will be the impacts elsewhere?  Clouds can only release their moisture once .....
