Ex-Debbie's impacts continue to be felt, as the remnent hit NZ's North island where State of emergency declared in Whanganui and Kohimarama cliff collapses on units as Cyclone Debbie hits NZ

It was one of the mildest Marches for the South East and also the warmest on record for my garden (from 2003).  And across the Channel, March hits temperature record in France too.
