3rd October - Today's News: Storm Alex Hits England and France

 Storm Alex brings heavy rain and high winds to parts of UK with a lot more rain - and likely flooding - in many parts over the weekend.  Here in Evesham we've already had 50% more rain than we saw in the whole of September.   Meanwhile Southeast France on red alert as Storm Alex wreaks havoc there.
