And in the Netherlands, the death toll rises to four, as storm Eunice moves into Groningen whilst in Germany it was renamed Storm Zeynep: Strong winds hit Germany days after Ylenia

Meanwhile, in the US a dangerous storm churns out tornadoes, record-breaking snowfall
