17th May - Tioday's News: Welcome Rain for SE England


After the highest temperatures of the year so far was recorded in Gravesend yesterday (most places didn't see a "heatwave" though, even for one day) washout Wednesday is expected to bring two inches of rain today - but again only towards ther SE.  Though looks like steady rain all day here.  Further north and west mostly dry ....  Farmers will be happy.
