Experts baffled by mystery phenomenon spotted off coast of Devon - as yet no definite explanation, though a KH wave forming off a fog bank has been suggested. 

It's not just heatwaves and floods we're getting more of, now winter wave heights and extreme storms on the rise in Western Europe too, Meanwhile, collapse of the Atlantic Ocean heat transport might lead to hot European summers, as well as colder winters.  Basically, everything's getting more extreme.
