15th June - Today's News: Heavy Rain and Floods in China


One of many pictures in local media over the weekend:  Forked lightning and double rainbow in astonishing pictures as freak storm hits Birmingham whilst yesterday there were two rescued from vehicle after flash flooding hits parts of Shropshire.   There were, of course, no storms in Evesham where rainfall this month is less than 50% of normal.  And last week there was at least one mini tornado spotted in skies over Coventry
