27th July - Today's News: Storms Bring Flooding to Germany



There's a heat wave in Iceland this week with the highest temperatures since at least 2012

How the freak weather which caused 'extremely localised' flooding in Gloucester happened - this was on Tuesday afternoon, when Evesham remained totally dry (even when the radar showed a shower overhead!) ..... 

Another 'mini-tornado' causes trail of destruction in Wigan - looking at the damge, a tornado looks quite possible.   However this freak mini-tornado caught on camera spinning away in Oswestry plant hire yard is clearly a dust devil
