Last year saw a new melt record for Greenland ice sheet; 'exceptional' season stretched up to 50 days longer than average
In Scotland there are high hopes for 'magic' ice-breaker - though forecasts continue to suggest no significant cold or snowy weather on the horizon.

And if anyone else finds it, then they're a fish supper reward because the team involved buried a time capsule contain some money - and all are welcome to seek it.
